摘  要:目的 探讨Bax基因在肺癌中的表达及其与细胞凋亡和增殖的关系。方法 对 38例肺癌组织及 2 1例肺部良性组织 ,应用TUNEL技术对细胞凋亡情况进行了检测 ,应用免疫组织化学法对Bax蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)进行检测。并分别定义凋亡指数和增殖指数。结果 肺癌组织Bax蛋白及PCNA的表达明显高于肺部良性组织 ,P <0 0 1;肺癌组织中凋亡指数和增殖指数均高于肺部良性组织 ,P <0 0 1;而Bax阳性肺癌组织中的凋亡指数明显高于Bax阴性肺癌组织P <0 0 1;结论 Bax蛋白在肺癌中的表达率较高 ,同时在肺癌中细胞凋亡和细胞增殖亦较活跃 ;Bax蛋白过度表达促进细胞凋亡。Objective To explore the expression of apoptosis-related factors Bax in the lung cancer and the relationship of the expression of Bax to apoptosis and/or proliferation.Methods TUNEL technique was applied to detect the apoptosis and the immunohistochemistry was applied to detect Bax oncoprotein and PCNA.The apoptotic index (AI) and mitotic index (MI) were defined.Results The amount of Bax oncoprotein of lung cancer tissues increased obviously, P <0 01.The Al and Ml of lung cancer were higher than those of the lung benign cases, P <0 01;The Al of cancer cases with Bax-positive was obviously higher than that with Bax-negative , P <0 01.Conclusion The amount of Bax oncoprotein increased obviously and the apoptosis and proliferation were active in the lung cancer.Bax played an important role in the apoptosis in the lung cancer.
