摘　　要：目的　探讨头颈部粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析 6 4例头颈部粘膜恶性黑色素瘤的病例资料 ,分组统计预后。结果　手术治疗组 5年生存率为 2 0 %。以手术为主的综合治疗组为 2 1% ,非手术治疗组为 0。结论　头颈部粘膜恶性黑色素瘤首选手术治疗。免疫组化病理有助确诊。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of mucosa malignant melanoma in the head and neck.Methods Sixty four cases of mucosa malignant melanoma in the head and neck were retrospectively analyzed.All of the cases were followed up to analyze their prognosis.Results The 5 year survival for patients with surgery therapy was 20% and for patients of combined modality therapy with emphasis on surgery,21%,and for patients who did not received surgery,0.Conclusion Operation is thefirst choice of treatment for mucosa malignant melanoma in the head and neck.Immunohistochemistry can help to make the correct diagnosis.
