摘　　要：谈心是高校辅导员对大学生进行思想政治教育和心理辅导重要的工作方法,也是辅导员了解学生、教育学生的有效形式。辅导员谈心工作对于促进大学生健康发展,贯彻落实党的教育方针具有重要的现实意义。要使谈心获得最佳的理想教育效果,辅导员就要注重运用谈心"兵法":声东击西法,情理交融法,有的放矢法,静心聆听法,天时地利法,刚柔相济法。Communicating with the students for the university counselors is an important working method of ideological and political education and psychological counseling. It is also an effective form of the counselors＇ understanding the students and educating them. It is great significant to promote university students＇ mental health and implement the Party＇s educational policies. In order to gain the best educational results, the university counselors should use the six arts of talking to the students, which are the methods of divertion, reasonable blending, target, listening carefully, climate favorable geographical position and flexibility.
