滋肾健脾化瘀方联合激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察滋肾健脾化瘀方联合激光对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法　 1 2 3例(2 36只眼 )糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为联合治疗组 6 9例 (1 32只眼 )和单纯激光治疗组 5 4例 (1 0 4只眼 )。联合治疗组进行激光光凝并加服中药滋肾健脾化瘀方。激光光凝组仅接受激光光凝治疗。结果　联合治疗组有效和显效者 1 0 4只眼 ,总有效率为 78 79%。激光治疗组有效和显效者 6 7只眼 ,总有效率为 6 1 5 4% ,两组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。OBJECTIVE To observe effect of zishen jianpi huayu (滋肾健脾化瘀) decoction combined with laser photocoagulation therapy on diabetic retinopathy (DR). METHODS One hundred and twenty three patients ( 236 eyes) with DR were divided randomly into combinative group ( 69 cases, 132 eyes )and laser photocoagulation group ( 54 cases 104 eyes ). The combination of Zishen jianpi huayu fangI group and laser photocoagulation was applied in the combinative group, and only laser photocoagulation was applied in laser photocoagulation group.RESULTS There were effective and better 104 eyes in the combinative group, and was total effective ratio of 78 79%. It was 67 eyes and 61 54% in the laser photocoagulation group. The difference was significant between two group( P <0 05).CONCLUSION A combinative therapy of zishen jianpi huayu fang and laser photocoagulation was more effective than only laser therapy
