摘　　要：高校档案是高校办学过程中形成的历史记录,是重要的不可再生资源;档案安全是高校档案工作的生命线。通过建立高校档案安全模型的理论框架,分析高校档案安全的影响因素,从思想保障、管理保障、法制保障、设施保障、技术保障和人员保障六个方面,构建多层次、全方位的高校档案安全保障体系。University archives are important non-renewable resources which generate an historical record in the process of universities development.Therefore,the archives security plays a key role in the university archives work.The influencing factors of university archives security are analyzed by establishing the theoretical framework of university archives security model.Furthermore,a multi-level and comprehensive university archives security system is constructed in view of the ideological guarantee,management security,legal safeguard system,facilities guarantee,technical and personnel support.
