摘 要:普通挂钩型货叉在装卸货物时需要托盘配合作业,因托盘的使用而造成生产成本增加和占用储运空间等问题。经过研究分析并在消化吸收国外产品技术的基础上,初步设计一种新型滚柱式货叉。建立了滚柱式货叉的三维实体模型,分析其基本工作原理,并对主要部件滚叉主体进行了有限元分析,计算结果表明滚叉主体在强度和刚度方面均满足要求,为这种新型货叉的进一步改进及优化设计提供了理论依据。最后研制了原理样机并进行了试用验证。The pallet is required when the general hook fork load and unload cargoes, which results in certain prob- lems such as increase in production cost and storage space occupation due to use of pallet. Through research and analysis and based on absorption of technologies in foreign products, a new roller fork is initially designed in the paper. The 3D sol- id model of roller fork is established in order to analyze its basic working principles and conduct finite element analysis of main parts and roller fork body. The calculation result shows that the roller fork meets related requirements in strength and stiffness, which provides theoretical basis for further improvement and optimization design of this new fork..A principle pro- totype is developed for trial verification.
