摘　　要：主要研究应力测试技术在桥式抓斗卸船机结构安全评估中的应用,通过使用工况下卸船机结构关键部位的动应力测试,分析得出桥式抓斗卸船机的安全性能好坏以及平时检修和检测需要重点关注的危险部位,给桥式抓斗卸船机的设计、使用、定期检验和安全评估提供一定的理论基础。Application of stress measuring and testing technology in safety evaluation of overhead grab ship unloader is mainly studied in the paper. Through dynamic stress measuring and testing of critical parts of ship unloader structure in op- eration, safety pefformauce of the ship unloader is given, and dangerous parts requiring significant attention for routine overhaul and inspections are found out, providing certain theoretical foundation for design, utilization, regular inspection and safety evaluation of overhead grab ship unloaders.
