摘  要:目的:探讨水杨酸钠所导致高原地区耳鸣动物模型体内5-羟色胺(5-HT)浓度的变化。方法:将Wister大鼠随机分成腹腔内注射水杨酸钠诱导建立耳鸣组(n=10)和腹腔内注射生理盐水的空白对照组(n=10),利用高效液相色谱法测定大鼠血液中5-HT浓度的变化。结果:注射水杨酸钠组(350 mg/kg)血液中5-HT水平的显著升高,在给药后的2h升到最高,达到基础值得(168±14)%,给药后4小时恢复到基线水平,而生理盐水组未引起明显变化。结论:本研究表明耳鸣动物模型血液中5-HT水平的升高可能和耳鸣的产生有关。Objectives:To stud), the changes of 5 -hydroxytryptamine (5 -HT) in tinnitus animal model and, whereby, maybe provide a better underslanding of neurological mechanism of salicylate - induced tinnitus. Methods:In our study, the Wister rats were randomLy divided into tinnitus group ( n = 10) with administration of salicylate (350mg/kg, i. p. ) and control group (n = 10) with administration of saline. The changes blood have been monitored by high performnance liquid chromatography. Results:The 5 - HT levels significantly increased after application of salicylate. The 5 - HT level increased to a maximum of 168% ±14%basal level in blood 2h level did not appear an of 5 -HT levels in rat after a y clear blood pplicatio changes n of salicylate and returned to the basal level after ap cation of saline. Conclusions : These may be involved in the tinnitus generation around 4h, while the 5 - HT data suggest that the increases
