摘  要:大田条件下,以农大364和郑单958为材料,对两种基因型玉米各生育时期雄穗可溶性糖、蔗糖以及可溶性蛋白质积累状况进行了研究。结果表明,随着玉米生育进程的推进,可溶性糖、蔗糖含量呈现先升后降的变化趋势,在散粉期达最高值,说明抽雄期至散粉期是一个碳水化合物积累的过程。可溶性蛋白质呈现不断下降的变化规律,成熟期降至最低值。Nongda 364 and Zhengdan 958 were adopted for testing the contents of soluble sugar, sucrose, and soluble pro-tein in tassel of maize (Zea mays L.) under field condition. The results indicated that the contents of soluble sugar and su- crose in tassel of two genotypes increased first and then decreased, and reached the peak values at dispersal period, which suggested that it was a process of accumulation of carbohydrate from tasselling to dispersal period. The contents of soluble protein in tassel were in the trend of reduction along with the growing of maize, and attained lowest at mature period.
