摘  要:目的探讨β防御素-1(Humanbeta-defensin-1,HBD-1)表达和树突状细胞(Dendriticcells,DC)浸润与非小细胞肺癌免疫的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测、分析非小细胞肺癌组织和癌旁正常肺组织HBD-1的表达变化,并进一步分析其变化与未成熟树突状细胞(Immaluritydendriticcells,iDCs)浸润之间的关系。结果非小细胞肺癌组织HBD-1蛋白表达显著高于正常肺组织。且在腺癌组织表达程度高于鳞状细胞癌组织。其表达与临床分期无关。同时肺癌内存在显著的iDCs浸润。HBD-1表达水平与之呈正相关。结论在非小细胞肺癌组织内存在高水平的HBD-1蛋白表达,其表达程度与癌组织DC的浸润有关.提示HBD-1可能通过趋化未成熟的DC而在机体抗肿瘤免疫中发挥作用。Objective To investigate the expression of human beta-defensin-1 (hBD-1) and infiltration of dendritic cells (DC) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The expression of hBD-1 in lung cancer tissues and normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry (EnVision); and its correlation with DC infiltration was analyzed. Results The expression of hBD-1 in NSCLC tissue was significantly increased compared to that in normal lung tissues, and the expression level in adeno- carcinoma was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of hBD-1 was significantly correlated with DC infil- tration in lung cancer tissue, but not with the clinical stages of patients. Conclusion The results suggest that the up-regulated hBD-1 expression in non-small cell lung cancer may be involved in anti-tumor immunity through aggregating immature DCs in tumor tissues.
