摘  要:目的应用磁共振氢谱(1HMRS)技术定量诊断非酒精性脂肪性肝(NAFLD)脂肪变性程度。方法选择24例NAFLD患者,行肝脏,HMRS扫描。计算肝内脂质含量(IHCL)。知情同意后选择5例NAFLD患者行肝组织活检,评估脂肪变性程度。比较’HMRS和病理组织学测定肝脏内脂质含量的一致性。结果组内相关系数ICC分析表明HMRS测定的IHCL与肝组织学评估脂肪变性有极高的一致性(ICC=0.992.F=119.02,P=0.000)。结论肝脏HMRS扫描可对肝脏内脂质含量进行准确定量,并与病理组织学评估具有一致性,可以应用于非酒精性脂肪性肝病脂肪变性的定量诊断。Objective To evaluate hepatic triglyceride content in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1HMRS). Methods Intrahepatic content of lipid (IHCL) were measured in 24 NAFLD patients with 1HMRS. Liver biopsy was performed in 5 NAFLD patients to determine hepatic steatosis. The consistency between 1HMRS and histology for quantitative evaluation hepatic triglyceride content was analyzed by interclass correlation coefficient. Results Significant consistency between 2HMRS and histology for quantitative evaluation hepatic triglyceride content was found by interclass correlation coefficient (ICC=0.992,F=119.02,P=-0.000). Conclusion The results indicate that hepatic triglyceride content can be measured precisely by 1HMRS.
