Reg Ⅳ蛋白在结肠癌组织中表达及与其发生发展的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨RegⅣ蛋白表达与结肠癌发生发展的关系。方法采用SABC免疫组织化学法,检测102例结肠癌组织及50例正常结肠黏膜中RegⅣ表达。结果正常结肠黏膜中RegⅣ无表达,结肠癌组织中RegⅣ阳性表达率为34.31%,其中G1、G2和G3期结肠癌组织其阳性表达率分别为0、22.22%和68.66%,不同病理分级间其表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);T0～T4期其阳性表达率分别为0、33.33%、44.44%、52.38%和71.42%,各期间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),两者回归方程为γ=5.955+15.83X,相关系数γ=0.973。结论结肠癌中RegⅣ高表达与其病理分级及临床分期密切相关,可作为结肠癌分化程度的一个判断指标。Objective To explore the expression of Reg Ⅳ and its correlation with the development of colon carcinoma.Methods Expression of Reg Ⅳ in colon carcinoma was determined in 102 cases of colon carcinoma tissues and 50 normal mucous membrane of colon cases with SABC immunohistochemical method and clinic-pathological data of patients were collected and used to make statistical analysis.And we do the regression analysis of clinical stage of colon cancer and Reg Ⅳ expression to find their relationship.Results The positive rate of Reg Ⅳ expression was 34.31% in 102 colon carcinoma tissues,but no expression of Reg Ⅳ in the normal colon tissue.The percentages of the positive cases for Reg Ⅳ were 0,22.22%,68.66% in pathological grades from grade one to grade three respectively（P〈0.05）.The percentages of the positive cases for Reg Ⅳ clinic stages of Ta,T1-T4 were 0,33.33%,44.44%,52.38%,71.42% respectively（P〈0.05）.The regression equation between clinical stage of colon cancer and Reg Ⅳ is γ=5.955＋15.83X,and the correlation coefficient γ=0.973.Conclusion High expression of Reg Ⅳ in colon carcinoma was positively related to the pathologic grade and the clinic stage of tumor,which might be a valuable maker for the character of colon carcinoma
