摘　　要：在 3年的病理生理成人教育实验考核的教学实践基础上 ,针对护理专业成人教育的特点 ,形成了一套行之有效的短期病理生理实验考核方案。利用系列性缺氧实验 ,收到了良好教学效果 ,通过以学生为主体的启发式教学 ,达到提高学员观察、分析问题能力和综合素质的目标 ,为护理成人教育班学员适应现代护理模式的转变奠定了一定的基础。On the basis of the 3 years' teaching practice of the pathophysiological experimental examination,in comection with the characteristics of the in-service education of nurses,we formed a set of effective scheme for short-term pathophysiological experimental examination.Under the heuristic method,we adopt a series of experiments to improve the studyents' ability of osbervation and analysis and raise their all-around accomplishments.We received favorable teaching effects and thus provided a foundation for the in-service nurses to acclimatize themselves to changes of the modern nursing pattern nowadays.
