Survivin蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin表达与NPC临床分期、放疗敏感性、复发及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化二步法,检测128例NPC组织中Survivin的表达情况。结果 Survivin在鼻咽癌组织中表达率为70.3%,survivin表达与肿瘤临床分期相关,Ⅰ～Ⅱ期其阳性率(38.1%)明显高于Ⅲ～Ⅳ期(81.8%),两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),且表达强度亦有统计学意义(P<0.01),而Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);survivin表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、远处转移及患者生存率均相关(P<0.05);survivin表达与患者放疗敏感性相关(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin在鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达,其异常表达与鼻咽癌临床分期、远处转移、放疗敏感性及预后有关,可能作为NPC诊断、疗效评估及预后判断的新辅助指标。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of apoptotic inhibitor gene Survivin protein and the clinical stage,radiosensitivity,prognosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods IImmunohistochemical staining of Survivin was performed by the two-step technique of standard MaxvisionTM for the paraffin section of 128 patients with nasopharyngeal low differentiation squamous-cell carcinoma.Results The expression of Survivin protein was observed in 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The expression of Survivin and its strong expression rate were associated with the clinical stage by Statistical analysis（P〈0.01）,but the difference of Survivin expression between Ⅲ and Ⅳ had no statistical significance;The positive percent of survivin expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis,recurrence or distant metastasis were higher than that without those metastasis（P〈0.05）.③ the expression of Survivin protein was associated with the clinical radiosensitivity by statistical analysis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Survivin is highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.The overexpression of Survivin protein is strongly associated with clinical stage,prognosis,radiosensitivity of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Survivin thus may be a new predictor for the diagnosis,radiosensitivity and prognosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
