盐酸帕洛诺司琼预防化疗所致胃肠道反应的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察国产盐酸帕洛诺司琼预防化疗所致胃肠道反应的临床疗效及其安全性,并与国产盐酸托烷司琼进行比较。方法将68例接受中重度致吐化疗药物治疗的患者随机分成两组,采用自身对照的研究方法。盐酸帕洛诺司琼0.25 mg化疗前静脉推注,盐酸托烷司琼5 mg化疗前静脉点滴,两药均联合应用5 mg地塞米松,观察并记录患者化疗后消化道反应情况。结果盐酸帕洛诺司琼和盐酸托烷司琼均能有效预防化疗所致的急性胃肠道反应,对迟发性胃肠道反应,盐酸帕洛诺司琼的疗效优于盐酸托烷司琼,两者对延迟性呕吐的完全控制率分别为82.4%和66.2%,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论国产盐酸帕洛诺司琼能有效且安全地预防化疗所致的急性和迟发性消化道反应。Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of homemade palonosetron hydrochloride in preventing chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions in comparison with homemade tropisetron hydrochloride.Methods 68 patients undergoing moderately or severely emetogenic chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups and studied by self-comparative trial.Before chemotherapy,0.25 mg palonosetron hydrochloride was administered by intravenous injection or 5 mg tropisetron hydrochloride was administered by intravenous drip.Both of the two drugs were combined with 5 mg dexamethasone.Gastrointestinal reactions of patients were observed and recorded after chemotherapy.Results Both of palonosetron hydrochloride and tropisetron hydrochloride could prevented chemotherapy-induced acute gastrointestinal reactions effectively.But palonosetron hydrochloride could control delayed gastrointestinal reactions better than tropisetron hydrochloride.The complete control rate of delayed vomiting by palonosetron hydrochlorid and tropisetron hydrochloride were 82.4% and 66.2% respectively with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Homemade palonosetron hydrochloride has both reliable efficacy and safety in preventing acute and delayed gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy.
