摘 要:在分析多负荷传感系统控制原理和故障机制的基础上,在图形化仿真环境AMESim中建立仿真模型,采用实验虚拟化的办法进行无损故障模拟,并计算出系统的响应。仿真结果表明:该类仿真能够模拟实际系统的各类故障响应,并建立一种全面清晰的故障原因、故障机制、故障现象相对应的故障关系;建立起系统相应的故障样本,为发展故障诊断专家系统的数据知识库做好准备。对理解多负荷传感系统原理及故障和研究基于AMESim的液压系统故障仿真方法都有一定的参考价值。The multi-load-sensing system control theory and failure mechanism were analyzed. A simulation model was built by AMESim. Virtual experiments were made to realize non-destructive fault simulation and system responses were calculated. Simulation results show that such simulations can be used to simulate the actual system responses to various types of failures. A clear cause corre- sponding relationship of the malfunction, failure mechanism, fault symptom is established. Corresponding failure samples are pre- pared for the fault diagnosis expert system knowledge library. These provide reference for understanding the multi-load-sensing system principle and failure, researching hydraulic system failure simulation methods based on AMESim.
