摘  要:采用逆向工程方法,基于CT断层扫描图像,对人体胃进行了逆向设计。针对人体胃的几何结构复杂、形态不规则且处于人体腹腔内,采取从CT断层扫描图像数据中提取胃模型的原始数据的方法,既解决了胃组织几何信息测量的困难,又获得高精度的人体胃几何数据,逆向过程中利用了Im-ageware软件强大的逆向技术将点云数据拟合成曲面,保证了建模精度。在三维设计软件中进行实体化,获得较理想三维实体模型。分析了影响建模速度的因素,并提出了解决方法。研究结果表明该方法可用于具有复杂实物模型的逆向设计且不损坏实物模型。The stomach was designed with reverse engineering method,based on CT scanning images data of the human body.The human stomach is in the abdominal cavity of human body,which structure is complex and the geometry shape is irregular.First the original data of stomach was extracted from DICOM data.And the difficulty of measuring human gut organization geometry information was solved and high precision geometric data of human stomach was got.In order to ensure modeling accuracy,the advantage of Imageware was used,the point cloud was fitted into curve.Then the entities were dealt with in the three dimensional design software and an ideal three-dimensional model is acquired.At the same time the factor of affecting the speed of the modeling was analyzed and solutions were put forward.The results of the study show that this method can be used in the reverse design of the model with complex structure without destroying actual physical model.
