摘 要:针对现行高精度圆柱度仪采用人工方法调心,测量精度低且费时费力这一问题,提出了一种高精度圆柱度仪伺服工作台自动调心系统,给出了自动调心系统的结构组成和工作原理,并进行了自动调心过程的运动仿真和实验模拟。实验结果表明,所提出的伺服工作台自动调心系统作为一个独立的附件安装在高精度圆柱度仪工作台上,不改变现有高精度圆柱度仪的结构,具有操作简便、调心效率高等特点。As the eccentricity of existing high-precision cylindricity instrument was adjusted by artificial method which greatly affected the measurement precision and extremely wasted lots of time and energy,an automatically adjusting eccentricity system used in high-precision cylindricity instrument-the servo workbench system was provided in it.First,the structure and the working principle of the servo workbench system were given.Then,the movement of automatically adjusting eccentricity was simulated using SolidWorks.Finally,by making experiments and analyzing the experimental results,it indicated that as an independent attachment installed in high-precision cylindricity instrument instead of changing the instrument's structure,the automatically adjusting eccentricity system could achieve the function of automatically adjusting eccentricity with the characteristics,such as convenient for loading and unloading,easy and simple to handle and adjusting eccentricity with high efficiency.
