摘　　要：目的分析精神科病人平均住院日的影响因素,探讨缩短精神科平均住院日的措施。方法应用SPSS统计软件对我院210例出院的精神科病人的相关资料进行方差分析和逐步回归分析。结果影响精神科病人平均住院日的因素最显著的是疗效、病程、性别和居住地,诊断因素亦至关重要。结论以病种和病程因素分层核定区域性医疗相关性平均住院日标准,开展相关医保模式的探索,加强社区精神卫生服务能力,大力宣传精神卫生知识,合理缩短平均住院日。Objective To analyse the different factors affecting the average hospital stay among 210 psychiatric patients and investigate the measure to shorten the average hospital stay of psychiatric patients. Methods To analyse 210 eases of discharged patients in Zhabei mental health center with t - test, variance and stepwise regression analysis by SPSS software. Results The effect, course, gender and residence are the most significant factors affecting the average hospital stay of psychiatric patients. Diag- nostic factors are also crucial. Conclusions It is feasible to stratify to check and ratify the regional standard of medical relevance average hospital stay with disease types and course, to carry out the exploration of relevant health insurance model, to strengthen the capacity of community mental health services, to promote the mental health knowledge vigorously, which can shorten the average hospital stay reasonably.
