3种根充糊剂根尖封闭性能的比较

摘　　要：目的比较Vitapex、AH-plus、Bio-oss骨粉3种根充糊剂的根尖封闭性能。方法选取离体单根管恒牙60颗,经过常规开髓、拔髓、逐步后退法预备根管等标本预备后,随机分为3组,分别以Vitapex糊剂、AH-plus糊剂、Bio-oss骨粉配合冷牙胶侧压充填根管后,经过染色剂渗透法对比染色剂渗入根管的长度,检测各组微渗漏情况,并进行统计学分析。结果 Vitapex组根尖封闭性最差,与其他两组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AH-plus组和Bio-oss骨粉组的根尖封闭性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AH-plus糊剂和Bio-oss骨粉的根尖封闭性优于Vitapex糊剂。Objective To evaluate the sealability of the Vitapex paste,AH-plus paste,and Bio-oss paste.Methods A total of 60 freshly extracted single root teeth were divided into three identical groups with 20 teeth in each,then the sealability of three root canal sealers after coronal cavity preparation,debridement and instrumentation by step-back technique.Results For the sealability of obturation,AH-plus group and Bio-oss group had better sealability and there was no statistically significant difference between them（P0.01）.The Vitapex group had the most mieroleakage among the three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion AH-plus paste and Bio-oss paste were the same sealability in using of root filling.Vitapex paste had more mieroleakage than AH-plus and Bio-oss group.
