水针治疗肿瘤化疗性呕吐的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨患者易于接受的廉价止呕、止恶心方法 ,使化疗过程顺利。方法 :将 480例肿瘤病人随机分为 3组。治疗组 (16 0例 ) :采用水针技术 ,所用药物与胃复安组相同 ;胃复安组 (16 0例 ) :采用胃复安 2 0mg静脉注射 ,安定 5mg肌内注射 ;枢丹组 (16 0例 ) :采用枢丹 8mg静脉注射。结果 :治疗组止吐有效率为 98.75 % ,枢丹组有效率为94.38% ,2组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;胃复安组有效率为 43.13% ,与治疗组相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :水针技术不仅有较好的止吐、止恶心效果 ,而且还能达到价格过高的枢丹的疗效。Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate a cheap and easy accepted method for the treatment of vomiting and nausea of the tumor patients during chemotherapy,making the course of the therapy successful.Methods:Four hundred and eighty cases of tumor patients were divided randomly into three groups:①Treatment group (160 cases):water injection treatment was used and the drugs used were as same as the Meeociopramidum group.②Meeociopramidum group (160cases):Meeociopramidum 20 mg I.V. and Valium 5 mg I.M.③MOndansetron group (160cases):Ondansetron 8mg I.V.Results:The effective rates in the treatment group were 98.75%,and 94.38% in the Ondansetron group,no significant difference between two groups ( P >0.05).The effective rate in the Meeociopramidum group was 43.13%.There was a singificantly difference when compared with the treatment group.( P <0.01).Conclusion:Water injection technique have good effects on the treatment of the vomiting and nausea and can achieve to the level in the group of expensive ondansetron.
