摘  要::【目的】测试颊侧短固位臂 -远中邻面板硬固位体的固位力 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。【方法】采用人离体下颌骨作为模型 ,在垂直脱位力作用下 ,测试颊侧短固位臂 -远中邻面板硬固位体的固位力 ,并与Aker卡环比较。【结果】颊侧短固位臂 -远中邻面板硬固位体的固位力 (8 4± 1 4)N与Aker卡环的固位力 (9 5± 1 0 )N无显著性差异。【结论】采用具有天然牙列的离体下颌骨作为测定卡环固位力的模型是可行的。颊侧短固位臂 -远中邻面板硬固位体在邻面板提供额外固位力时 ,与Aker卡环固位力相当 。Objective To measure the retentive force of short buccal retentive arm distal guiding plate hard retainer, and provide requisite data for its clinical application. Methods This study tested the retentive force of short buccal retentive arm distal guiding plate hard retainer under vertical dislodging force on a human mandible, and compared it with that of Akers clasp. Result No statically significant difference was revealed between retentive force of short buccal retentive arm distal guiding plate hard retainer(8 4±1 4)N and that of Akers clasp(9 5±1 0)N. Conclusion It's practical to utilize human mandible as the model to measure retentive force of clasps. Retentive force of the short buccal retentive arm distal guiding plate hard retainer is comparable with that of Akers clasp, provided that additional retention is offered by the guiding plate.
