摘　　要：新时期高校党建和思政工作已经建立在权威性、规范性、系统性文件之上,具有高度的政策法规依据。遵循规范性,探求规律性,体现特色性,高校党建和思政工作的规范化制度化运行正在顺利进行,使高校党建和思政工作成为高校工作充满生机和活力的政治保证和精神动力。In the new age, the party construction and the ideological and political work has been built on the authorized, normative and systematic documents, having a high degree of policy regulations. Following the normalization, finding the regularity and reflecting characteristics, college party construction and ideological and political work is running smoothly, and make the party building and the ideological and political work become the political guarantee and the spiritual power for the colleges and universities full of life and vigor.
