摘　　要：高职教育教学服务项目方案的策划、制定,对高职院校人才培养的形成及培养质量起着关键作用。按照ISO9001标准思想,识别了高职院校产品的设计与开发活动,提出了设计开发原则,探讨了ISO9001标准的设计与开发要求在高职院校的应用,并给出了高职教育教学服务设计与开发的方式与要求。Planning and working out schemes of higher vocational education and teaching service plays a key role to the formation of cultivation of talents and quality of cultivation in higher vocational institutions. In accordance with the ISO9001 standard, identifying the activity of design and development of the product in higher vocational college, putting forward the principle of design and development, exploring the application in higher vocational colleges on design and development requirements of ISO9001 standard, and giving the method and requirement of design and development on higher vocational education and teaching services.
