论医学生“爱的磁场”之形成与强化

摘　　要：随着现代医学模式从单纯的生物医学向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变,医学的人文属性日益突显,本文分析中外传统医学的发展以及现代医学模式的特点,借古知今,通达中外,分析以"仁爱"为核心的医学人文精神在此基础上,本文引入磁场理论,探索如何形成医学生"爱的磁场源",并从思想政治工作的角度,探讨应如何根据不同年级的医学生特点,强化"爱的磁场源",发挥磁场的辐射作用,把"爱的磁场域"延伸至社会中。As the modern medical model has evolved from the simple biomedical model to the bio-psycho-social model, the humane fea- ture of medicine becomes increasingly important. This paper analyzes the development of traditional medicine at home and abroad, as well as the characteristics of modern medical model, being learnt from history and throughout the world, to enforce the core of love of the medical humanity. Based on this, the magnetic field theory is introduced to explore how to form the source of ＇mag- netic field of love＇ within medical students, and to reinforce it according to the personality of medical students from differ- ent grades, on the aspect of ideological and political work. It, as a result, would act as a radiating role so as to have the whole society benefited with their love.
