肿瘤专科护士参与开具处方的深度访谈

摘　　要：对山西省4所三级甲等医院中的20名肿瘤临床工作者进行访谈,将所获资料进行整理分析,结果肿瘤专科护士处方权在慢性症状管理中赞同度较高,肿瘤专科护士在慢性症状管理中开具部分药物存在争议,肿瘤专科护士在肿瘤急症中参与开具处方需加大培训力度。认为在相关法律法规的支持和保护下,加强护士处方的教育及培训,积极开展肿瘤专科护士的处方权,有利于提高癌症病人的生命质量及推动护理学的发展。A total of 20 tumor clinical workers were interviewed in four three-grade A hospitals in Shanxi province,and the data obtained was organized and analyzed.The results showed that prescription right of tumor specialist nurses was agreed more in the management of chronic symptoms,but tumor specialist nurses prescribing some of the drugs in the management of chronic symptoms was controversial,and tumor specialist nurses participating in prescribing in tumor emergency needed to invest heavily in training.It thought that under the support and protection of the relevant laws and regulations,to strengthen education and training of nurse prescribing and actively carry out the prescription right of tumor specialist nurses were helpful for improving the quality of life of tumor patients and promoting the development of nursing.
