饲料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇毒素含量及其对畜禽的影响

摘　　要：脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇是一种单端孢霉烯族毒素,主要由禾谷镰刀菌产生。广泛地存在于玉米、小麦、水稻、豆饼等饲料原料中,对人畜健康危害十分严重。文章综述了常用饲料中DON毒素含量的情况以及饲料中DON对畜禽的影响。Deoxynivalenol（DON） is also called vomitoxin which is a kind of trichothecenes, mainly by fusarium graminearum produced. It＇s widely exist in corn, wheat, rice, and soybean meal feed and raw materials, to human and livestock health hazard is very serious. This article reviewed the DON toxin content of several commonly used feed and the effect of DON on livestock and poultry.
