摘  要:研究开发了一种新型的大行程二维压电微动工作台。介绍了弧曲位移放大机构的工作原理,分析了影响放大机构性能的因素;工作台的柔性铰链、弹性平行导板机构、弧曲位移放大机构,采用一体化设计,实现了大行程,并满足了传动导向的高精度、高稳定性要求;与采用杠杆放大的二维工作台作了简单比较,对各自的优缺点作了客观分析。A new large stoke two dimensional piezoelectric micro displacement worktable is studied and developed. The principle of arcuate displacement magnifying mechanism is introduced and the factors which influence the performance of magnifying mechanism are analyzed in this paper. We use the integrated design which includes the flexible hinges of worktable, elastic parallel plate and arcuate displacement magnifying mechanism, successfully achieve the large stoke and satisfy the requirement of transmission guide with high precision and stability. The two dimensional worktable which uses the lever amplification is simply compared with the new one, and both advantages and disadvantages are objective analyzed.
