上皮性卵巢癌Rac1b表达水平与TP方案新辅助化疗疗效的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的分析上皮性卵巢癌组织中Rac1b表达水平与TP方案新辅助化疗临床疗效的关系。方法收集上皮性卵巢癌组织标本20例,按照是否采用新辅助化疗手段治疗分为实验组与对照组,其中实验组9例,对照组11例。比较采用TP方案新辅助化疗后手术切除上皮性卵巢癌组织与直接手术切除上皮性卵巢癌组织中Rac1b表达水平,并对两组患者开展为期18个月的随访观察,比较两组患者临床疗效与Rac1b表达水平之间的关系。结果实验组Rac1b阳性面积百分率(%)为37.2±5.3,对照组Rac1b阳性面积百分率(%)为6.9±1.1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组中位生存时间为15.9±2.7个月,对照组中位生存时间为16.7±3.1个月,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对两组患者在随访12个月进行临床疗效分析,结果显示实验组有效率为55.6%,对照组有效率为54.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Rac1b的表达水平与化疗药物的使用间存在较为明确的关联。Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of Rac1b and the clinical efficacy in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer treated by Taxol and cisplatin. Methods 20 patients were enrolled and divided into experiment group （9 patients treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy of Taxol and cisplatin） and control group （11 patients）. The Rac1b expression was compared between the experiment group and control. The follow-study was carried out for 18 months to investigate the relationship between the expression of Rac1b and the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of Taxol and cisplatin. Results The positive area rate of Rac1b of the experiment group was 37.2 ± 5.3, significandy higher than that of the control which was 6.9±1.1 （P〈0.05）. The median survival time was 15.9 ± 2.7 months in the experiment group, and 16.7±3.1 months in control group, with no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the response rate between the experiment group and control group, which was 55.6 % and 54.5 % respectively. Conclusion The expression of Rac1b was correlated with the chemotherapy.
