全数字化乳腺X线立体定位系统联合麦默通微创旋切活检诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨全数字乳腺X线立体定位系统联合麦默通微创旋切活检在乳腺癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的疑似乳腺癌患者118例,随机分为实验组(59例)和对照组(59例),实验组行全数字化乳腺X线立体定位系统联合麦默通微创旋切活检,对照组行BARD穿刺针活检。分析两组的活检成功率和病理符合率。结果实验组活检成功率为100%,病理符合率100%;对照组活检成功率和病理符合率分别为86.4%和81.4%,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的早期乳腺癌诊断率为13.6%,对照组为8.5%,二者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论全数字化乳腺x线立体定位系统联合麦默通微创旋切活检能够充分发挥X线立体定位穿刺对疑似微小病变的高敏感性和麦默通旋切术微创、安全和特异度高的优点,对临床乳腺病灶活检诊断有重要的应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical significance of digital mammography X-ray stereotactic system in combination with manmlotome biopsy system in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 118 cases of suspected breast cancer patients from our hospital were randondy divided into experimental group （59 cases） and control group （59 cases）. The experimental group was examined by digital mammography X-ray stereotactic system plus Mammotome biopsy, and the control group was examined by the BARD needle biopsy. The biopsy success rate and pathological coincidence rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The biopsy success rate and pathological coincidence rate of the experimental group were both 100%; The biopsy success rate and pathological coincidence rate of the control group were 86.1% and 81.4%, respectively. The difference between them was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The early breast cancer diagnosis rate of experimental group was 13.6 %, and 8.5 % in the control group. There was no significant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The digital mammography X-ray stereotactic/ Manmmtome biopsy system could take advantages of the high sensitivity of X-ray biopsy in suspected small lesions and the nfinimally invasive, safe and high specific diagnostic value of Manunotome system. Combination of them had important application value in the diagnosis of clinical breast tumor biopsy.
