摘　　要：铃蟾肽(bombesin,BN)是一种14个氨基酸的多肽,其受体在多种肿瘤系胞中过度表达。铃蟾肽作为一个靶点,在肿瘤治疗和诊断中起重要作用。文章介绍了铃蟾肽的特性及在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的作用,并对其研究进展进行了总结。Bombesin is a 14 amino acid peptide and the receptors are overexpressed on many kinds of tumor cells, but rarely even hardly expressed in normal tissues. As a target point, bombesin plays an important rule in tumor treatment and diagnosis. In this review, the characteristics of bombesin and role in tumor diagnosis and treatment was described and also the summary of research progress was discussed.
