岱庄煤矿本质安全多元化管理体系的探索与实践

摘　　要：根据煤矿安全管理基本思想,岱庄煤矿针对安全管理中存在的一些问题,从风险管理、走动式管理和信息管理3个方面构建了本质安全多元化管理体系。实践证明,本质安全多元化管理体系在该矿取得了显著的成果,值得在其他类似矿井中推广应用。Based on the basic idea of safety management of coal mine, aiming at the problems existing in safety management, Daizhuang coal mine has structured a intrinsic safety plural administrative system from the three aspects of risk management, management by walking around （MBWA） and information management. The practice showed that notable achievements of safety management has achieved by the intrinsic safety plural administrative system in the coal mine, the plural administrative system is worthy of popularizing in other similar mine.
