摘 要:对某焙烧炉火道内的烟气成分进行了测定和分析,结果表明,高温炉室火道中的含氧量低于理论要求值,4P火道中析出的挥发分和由燃烧架供入的天然气一起燃烧,氧气出现了相对不足,难以满足燃烧的需要。挥发分大量析出的位置位于3P和4P之间,落后于正常要求的一个炉室左右。火烟道内烟气成分的测定结果为燃烧系统的优化提供了参考依据。The burned gas composition in fired ways of a baking furnace was mensurated, at the same time the mensurated results were analyzed. The results indicate that φ (O2) is lower than theoretical demand value in fired ways of the higher temperature chamber. The φ (O2) in 4P fired way doesn' t meet the firing demand because the volatility matter which separates out from the carbon anodes and natural gas which is from the burning device synchronously burn in these fired ways. The locality where the volatility matter largely separates out is between 3P and 4P, thus it is about behind the demand locality for one chamber. The results are in favor of burn system to be optimized.
