摘　　要：文章运用投入产出分析方法对新疆煤炭、煤电、煤化工产业与其他产业进行比较分析,得出除其他采矿业和建筑业以外新疆煤炭煤电煤化工产业对其他产业的拉动作用都较大;炼焦业相对其他煤炭产业对所有产业的推动作用最大;煤电、煤化工产业集群发展的条件还未成熟.文章针对问题进行分析,并提出相应的发展战略.This paper utilizes the input-output analysis method to carry on the comparative analysis to the Xinjiang coal ,coal electricity and coal chemical industry with other industries, obtains the Xinjiang coal, coal electricity and coal chemical industry have big drawing function to other industrial besides other architecture and mining industry; The coking industry relative other coal industry has biggest promotion effect to all industries; The conclusion of coal electricity and coal chemical industry colony develop＇s conditions are immature. At last this article analyse the reason towards the question, and proposes the corresponding developmental strategy.
