基于性激素-肿瘤免疫微环境研究两种温阳法抑瘤作用机制区别与联系的理论探讨

摘　　要：肿瘤患者存在寒积内生和肾阳亏虚的病机特点,温阳法中的温阳散寒和温补肾阳是治疗肿瘤的2种重要方法;肿瘤的发生、发展与神经内分泌系统和免疫系统的双向调节作用紊乱密切相关,性激素-肿瘤免疫微环境是其中的重要内容。已有研究表明,温补肾阳能调节性激素水平,温阳散寒能提高抗肿瘤免疫功能,因此温阳散寒法可能通过影响肿瘤免疫微环境发挥抑瘤效应并调节性激素水平,温补肾阳法可能通过调节性激素水平继而影响肿瘤免疫微环境产生抑瘤作用。Tumor patients exist in endogenous cold accumulation and kidney Yang deficiency of pathogenesis characteristics,Warm yang and scatter cold and warm and supply kidney yang are two important methods to treat tumor,which belong to warm yang method;Tumor＇s occurrence and development is closely related with two-way regulating functions of neuroendocrine system and immune system,and sex hormones-tumor immune microenvironment is one of the important content.Studies have shown that,warm and supply kidney yang can regulate the sex hormone level,warm yang and scatter cold can improve the cognition to the anti-tumor immune function.Therefore,warm yang and scatter cold method may through influencing tumor immune microenvironment to give play to the tumor control effects and regulate the sex hormone level,on the other hand,warm and supply kidney yang method may through regulating the sex hormone level and then influencing tumor immune microenvironment in order to produce effect of inhibiting tumor.
