摘　　要：远程教育因为网络技术的飞速发展和其自身的便捷灵活性已经成为人们进行终身学习和发展的主要方式,而辅导教师作为远程教育中的核心人物,其能力和素质直接影响着远程教育的质量和效果,因此,对辅导教师的培训也就成了远程教育质量保证的重要举措之一。本文在文献调研的基础上了解了辅导教师的工作内容、职责和能力要求以及目前国内外远程辅导教师培训的现状后,通过对网络教育学院教学主任和辅导教师的实际访谈,试图更加深入明确地了解目前国内高校网络教育学院对辅导教师的培训现状,从而发现实际情况与理论设想之间的差距和原因,以期为以后国内远程辅导教师的培训工作提供一些建议和帮助。Distance education,with the rapid development of online technologies and its unique flexibility and convenience,has become the key mode of lifelong learning and development.Skills and qualities of online tutors,as the core of distance education,determine the quality and effectiveness of distance education.Hence,training online tutors has become one of the most important measures to ensure distance education quality.Literature review provides a general picture of tutors' roles,responsibilities and requirements,and teacher training worldwide in general.Focus group interviews of Directors of Studies and tutors show the current situations of teacher training in domestic online colleges.Suggestions are put forward for future teacher training in these online colleges.
