摘　　要：商业模式创新的本质在于顾客价值最大化,借鉴商业模式创新理念,开放大学办学模式的构建也应遵循价值创新、服务"顾客"等原则,并在专业和课程、学习者、系统内外部的合作关系以及成本收益方式等方面探索创新路径。The aim of business model innovations is to maximize customer value.Drawing experience from the business model innovation ideas,the open university school-running system should follow principles of value innovation and customer service in order to explore innovative approaches in the areas of programmes,courses,students,internal and external cooperation and cost-benefit analysis.
