摘　　要：On June 1, 2012, Sichuan Bohong Industry （Group） Co., Ltd. （Bohong） of China and Wescast Industries Inc. （Wescast）, a Canadian manufacturer of automobile parts, formally made a purchase order. This purchase becomes the first and the largest case in Sichuan Province to buy a foreign automobile company.
