摘　　要：文章提出了一种将真空镀膜机的结构进行模块化划分,并结合专家知识库及案例知识库应用的真空镀膜机模块化设计系统。论述了数据库和案例推理方法为基础的敏捷设计系统,并且讨论了模块化设计方法以及结合案例推理的设计方法。选择镀膜机的型号并设置基本的设计参数,自动从案例知识库中导出此型号的常规配置,也可修改某个设计参数再从专家知识库中获取此设计参数所约束的其他参数并进行修改,所有参数确定之后自动生成各模块的物料清单和设计式样书等,实现了结构设计、工艺设计、产品数据管理一体化的设计过程,避免了因人为原因导致的设计错误,提高了企业生产的效率。This paper proposes a vacuum coating machine structure of the modular division and combination of expert knowledge base and case knowledge base application of vacuum coating machine modular design system.Discusses the database and case-based reasoning methods based on agile design system,and a modular design approach and design combined with case-based reasoning.Select the model of the coating machine and set up the basic design parameters,the general configuration of this model is automatically derived from the case knowledge base,can also modify a design parameter to other parameters constrained by the design parameters obtained from the expert knowledge base and modify all the parameters to determine automatically generated bill of materials and design of each module style book,structural design,process design,product data management integrated design process,to avoid design errors caused due to anthropogenic causes,improve the production efficiency.
