摘　　要：目的 :探讨术中超声引导多弹头射频治疗肿瘤的价值。方法 :对 3例无法手术切除的纵隔纤维肉瘤、肝肿瘤、膀胱肿瘤患者在术中超声引导下 ,应用多弹头射频治疗。结果 :3例患者经治疗后观察 3月 ,临床症状明显好转 ,AFP值下降 ,B超、 CT复查瘤体缩小 1/ 3。结论 :术中超声引导多弹头射频治疗 ,定位准确 ,安全可靠 ,治疗时间短 ,见效快 。Objective:To explore the treatment value of ultrasound leading multibullet radio frequency for tumor during operation.Methods:Ultrasound leading multibullet radio frequency(ULMRF) treat 3 cases of mediastinal fibrosarcoma, bladder tumor and hepatic tumor.Results:The clinical symptoms of 3 cases were obviously improved, AFP were reduced, Bultrasound and CT examination again indicated the body of tumor were decreased onethird after three months. Conclusion:. ULMRF treatment during operation is accurate, safe, and reliable.
