晶状体脱位的高频率超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的根据晶状体脱位的不同声像图表现 ,探讨高频率超声对晶状体脱位的诊断价值。方法应用高频率超声探头对 7例 8只眼不同类型的晶状体脱位的患者的眼球行超声检查 ,旨在了解晶状体在眼内的位置、形态、回声以及与周边关系等。结果本方法诊断晶状体完全脱位 5例 5只眼 ,晶状体不完全脱位 3例 3只眼。结论高频率超声在晶状体脱位的诊断中具有很高实用价值 ,为临床诊断不同类型晶状体脱位的重要手段之一。Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound in examining dislocation of the lens. Methods 8 eyes of 7 patients with different kinds of dislocation of the lens were examined by high frequency ultrasound instrument, so that understanding location forms of lens and relation with environ tissues. Results Dislocation of the lens 5 eyes in 5 patients and incomplete dislocation of the lens 3 eyes in 3 patients were found. Conclusion It possess very high practical value that dislocation of the lens was examined by high frequency ultrasound. It was one of the important methods on diagnosis dislocation of the lens.
