摘 要:目的改革高校被动"听讲"授课的健康教育活动模式,促进大学生主动参与积极性,提高健康教育效果。方法根据大学生文化层次、生理特点及高等教育灵活的特点,综合运用健康信息传播技巧,以艾滋病防治宣传为主题,设计多维度现场健康知识竞赛/竞技活动,并对活动效果进行评价。结果竞赛人数及活动人数比原计划各增加33.3%和64.7%,14条核心信息答对率比活动前提高16.8个百分点(P=0.000),比同期空白对照组高18.5个百分点(P=0.000);活动效果满意度较好及好的占89.8%。结论多维度现场健康知识竞赛/竞技活动效果好,信息传递持续时间长,是适合现代高校的健康教育活动形式。Objective To reform the passive "listening" schoolteaching mode,which is to promote active participation in the enthusiasm of college students, reducing the duplication of colleges and universities, conservating of health resources and enhancing the effect of health education. Methods According to college students" cultural level, physiological characteristics and flexible higher education, we had focused on activities core information, using health information of dissemination techniques and excavating the space to maximize the dissemination of results, as the theme of AIDS prevention, designing of multi-dimensional scene health knowledge contest/competition. Results The participants of competition and of activities increased by 33.3% and 64.7% than the plan. The correct answer rate of 14 core information increased by 16.8 percentage points than before the activity{ P = 0.000), and 18.5 percentage points higher than the blank control { P = 0.000). About 89.8% participants thought the activity had satisfied effects. Conclusion Multi-dimensional on-site health knowledge contest / athletic activities has effected the transmission of information continued a long time, which is suitable for modern universities to carry out health education activities.
