摘　　要：学位论文作为一种重要的文献资源,其资源建设与开发利用日益得到图书馆界的重视。鉴于多年来形成的条块分割的管理体制及学位论文资源建设与开发中涉及的知识产权问题并非能够在短期内解决,我国应构建以博士学位论文为核心的学位论文资源建设与服务体系,以学位论文数据库建设为中心,全面推进学位论文资源的开发,同时处理好学位论文资源建设与开发过程中各参与主体之间的关系。As a kind of important literature resources,the resource construction and development of dissertations has obtained attentions of library circles increasingly.Because problems of the separate management system and problems of the copyright in the resource construction and development of dissertations could not be resolved in short times,we should construct the resource construction and service system which takes doctoral dissertations as the core,take the construction of dissertation databases as the center,promote the development of dissertations overall,and handle the relationship among participation subjects in the resource construction and development of dissertations.
