通降和胃汤合胃达喜治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察通降和胃汤合胃达喜治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法　治疗组 32例 ,予通降和胃汤 (日 1剂 ,水煎 2次分服 )合西药胃达喜 (每次 0 .5g,每日 3次 ,餐后 1 h服 ) ,8周为 1个疗程 ;对照组 2 5例服用金泉胃炎胶囊 (每次 2粒 ,每日 3次 )及吗丁啉 (每次 1 0 mg,每日 3次 ) ,疗程同治疗组。 2组病例疗效进行统计学对比分析。结果　治疗组治愈率 62 .5% ,总有效率96.9% ,明显优于西药对照组 1 7.9%、67.9% ( P <0 .0 1 )。结论　通降和胃汤合胃达喜对胆汁反流性胃炎有较理想的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet on bileregurgitational gastritis. Methods 57 patients with bileregurgitational gastritis were randomly divided in to two groups. In control group (n=25) integration of domperidone tablet and Jinquan gastritis capsule was taken orally and in treatment group (n32) integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet (2 tablet, three times a day) was applied, with a course of 8 weeks. Results Curing rate and effective rate (in treatment group (62.5%, 96.9%) were higher than that in control group (17.9%, 67.9%, P< 0.01). Conclusions Integration of Tongjianghewei decoction and Weidaxi tablet can produce definite effect on bileregurgitational gastritis.
