摘　　要："城乡一体化"战略的提出,使得人们重新审视教育均衡发展问题。改革农村教育的关键是提高农村教师素质。文章从农村教师面临的困境入手,分析了影响农村教师职后培训的因素和移动学习的特点,提出了将移动学习应用于农村教师职后培训所需要的策略。Putting forward the strategy of ＂the integration of urban and rural education＂ makes people re-examine the balanced development of education. The reform of rural education is the key to improve the quality of rural teachers. The article analyzed the factors of rural teacher training and mobile learning characteristics from the rural teachers＇ dilemma and put forward the training need strategy applying in rural teachers.
