摘  要:目的:检测颅内出血患儿脑脊液和血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的含量,探讨本病脑损害和MBP含量变化的关系。方法:采用简易 MBP ELISA法对38例脑实质(或伴腔室)出血及腔室内(硬膜下腔、蛛网膜下腔、脑室)出血患儿脑脊液和血清标本作 MBP定量测定,与对照组比较,并于治疗 4-5周后复查对比。结果:两出血组脑脊液和血清 MBP的含量明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),有脑实质出血组脑脊液和血清 MBP含量亦高于腔室内出血组(P<0.01),治疗后MB P含量未见下降。结论:脑脊液和血清MBP定量测定作为生化方面的指标丰富了本病诊断的实验室检查内容,有助于本病的预后评估。Objective: To investigate the quantitative of myelin basic protein (MBP) in cerebropinal fluid (CSF) and serum in intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) infant, study the relation between ICH and quan- titative MBP. Methods: 38 cases were studied with easy MBP - ELESA method; 16 cases of study group I were substantial (or combined with ventricular) hemorrhage, while 22 of study group II were non - substantial one. There were 10 cases in control group their quantitative MBP in CSF and serum were comparatively tested, then were repeated and compared among them after treatment for 4-5 weeks. Results: Quantitative values MBP in CSF and serum in both of study groups were significantly higher than control group (P <0.01), while values in substantial group were also distinctive1y higher than non - substantial one (P <0.01) . There was no decreased values of MBP after treatment for 4-5 weeks. Conclusion: The quantita tive test for MBP in CSF and serum can be used as a biochemical guideline which dose enrich the lab examinations for the diagnosis to this disease, and is a helpful prediction for its prognosis.
