摘 要:在我国,企业集团大多是依据原有行政隶属关系,或是靠行政划转而成为母子公司。随着集团的规模扩大,子公司数量增多,层级结构复杂,集团出现集而不团的现象。通过对我国企业集团的现状和架构特征的理论分析,得出我国企业集团架构中控制链条过长,下属公司众多,内部关系复杂。本文通过实证研究来探讨集团层级结构扁平化设计与提高绩效的问题。In our country,the enterprise group is mostly original basis on administrative transfer and become a parent and subsidiary companies.With the scale of the enterprise group expanding and the number of the subsidiary increasing,hierarchy structure is complex,and subsidiary companies trade with each other and compete for one business.By analyzing the present situation of the large enterprise groups and the characters of the structure in our country,the control chains are too long,subordinate companies are numerous,and internal relationship is complex.The thesis explores the relationship between structure and corporate performance by positivist study.
