摘　　要：信息能力是现代企业的一种重要能力,对企业应对风险、保持健康发展具有举足轻重的作用。信息能力是一个体系,包括信息人才、信息基础、信息获取及处理能力、信息决策、信息交流与共享五个要素。我国企业的信息能力水平较低,阻碍了信息资源的开发与利用,降低了企业应对风险的能力。对企业信息能力指标体系的构建及演化机理进行研究,为我国企业信息能力的培育与管理提供现实性的理论借鉴。As a kind of important ability, information capacity will play a vital role in the risk treatment and healthy development of the modem enterprises. Information capacity is a system including information professionals, informational base, ability of acquiring and processing information, information decision-making, and information sharing. The level of enterprise＇s information capacity in our country is so low that it has obstructed the development and utilization of the information resources. In this paper, the construction of the index system and, the mechanism of evolution of the enterprise＇s information capacity are studied. It will provide a theoretical reference for cultivation and management of the enterprise＇s information capacity in our country.
