摘  要:目的通过检测食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体,为其病因寻找和提供实验室依据并指导饮食治疗。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测38例儿童消化系统疾病患者血清中14种常见食物特异性IgG。结果所检患者中,有食物不耐受特异性IgG水平升高者33例,占87%。其中IBS发生率最高,达88%(23/26),IBD为58%(7/12)。14种食物不耐受特异性IgG阳性率以蟹和虾的IgG阳性率最高,均占41%,其次为大豆、蛋清/蛋黄、大米、牛奶、小麦、猪肉、玉米、西红柿、牛肉、鳕鱼、鸡肉、蘑菇。结论食物不耐受是一种复杂的变态反应,可能是儿童某些消化系统疾病的致病因素之一,检测食物不耐受特异性IgG对于存在食物不耐受的儿童患者进行饮食指导具有重要的临床意义。Objective Through testing the specific IgG antibody of food intolerance, to search and provide laboratory support for the etiology and guidance of diet therapy. Methods Using enzymelinked immunosorbent assay to test 14 kinds of IgG, which was common in food specific, in the 38 children of digestive diseases. Results In all of the patients, there were 33 patients accounting for 87%, which had abnormal elevation of igG, and IBS highest incidence, 88~ (23/26), IBD was 58% (7/12). The,highest rate of the lgG positive was the crab and shrimp in the 14 kinds of food intolerance, accounted for 41%, followed by soy, egg white / egg yolk, rice, milk, wheat, pork, corn, tomatoes, beef, cod and chicken, mushrooms. Conclusions Food intolerance is a complex allergy, which may be one of the risk factors in children of certain digestive diseases, detecting the food intolerances specific IgG in the presence of food intolerance in children, dietary guidance has an important clinical significance.
