摘  要:目的探讨MTA用于年轻恒前牙根尖诱导成形术的临床观察。方法选择20颗患有牙髓炎、牙髓坏死、根尖周炎的年轻恒前牙,随机分为两组:MTA组和Vitapex组,各10例。治疗3个月后比较其效果。结果 3个月后MTA组成功率达90%;Vitapex组为80%,经χ2检验两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTA有良好的生物相容性,能够更有效的诱导牙根组织的形成,在根尖诱导成形术中效果明显优于Vitapex。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of mineral MTA on young permanent front teeth during the apexification. Methods We chose a 20 with pulpitis, pulp necrosis for the young permanent front teeth. The patients were randomly divided into MTA and Vitapex groups with 10 in each group. All patients were diagnosed after being treated for three months. Results 90% and 80% patients were cured in MTA and Vitapex group after three months respectively (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions MTA has better biology compatibility, it can stimulate the development of sclerous tissues. MTA is better than Vitapex in treating apexification of young permanent front teeth.
